A practical family relocation and viewing checklist
Compare selected villas and townhouses in Nueva Andalucía and El Rosario for everyday living. Start with bedroom layout, stairs, outside-space access, parking and the routes that shape your household’s routine.
Before you shortlist
Write down your budget, preferred areas, required bedrooms, essential access needs and intended use. Separate essentials from preferences, then use the same questions for every property.
Room layout and daily routines
Check whether bedrooms are on the same floor, where guests could stay and how a home office would work. A high bedroom count does not by itself establish the layout or suitability for your household.
Outside space and access
Inspect the relationship between living rooms, terraces, garden and pool. Check steps, boundaries and access in person, and ask which outside areas are private or shared.
Parking and local routes
Request the exact location before comparing routes to schools, shops or work. Visit the routes at the times relevant to your routine rather than relying on an area name or an unverified travel-time estimate.
Townhouse or detached villa
Compare the specific home’s privacy, shared facilities, recurring charges and maintenance responsibilities. Ask for community rules where applicable and a breakdown of what is included in the sale.
Before you book travel
Ask the property team to reconfirm the listing reference, current asking price and viewing availability. Request the exact location and available plans. Record unanswered questions and ask for written clarification.
Before you commit
Use an independent qualified adviser to review ownership information, permissions and the obligations relevant to your purchase and intended use. The listing description is a starting point for your search.
